  • 1 cup (130g) vital wheat gluten

  • 2/3 cup (75g) (chickpea) flour

  • 200g geräucherter Tofu

  • 120g Kidneybohnen

  • 120g rote Beete

  • 120g Seitan

  • 1 TL Salz

  • 1TL Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Paprikapulver

  • Senf, Zwiebel, Gurke, Pfeffer, Tofu
